We recommend allowing time between wears and avoiding unnecessary cleaning. When needed, gentle hand care or professional dry cleaning is preferable. Frequent washing, harsh detergents, or prolonged soaking can affect texture and finish over time.
Natural variations in tone or softness may emerge with wear. These changes are part of living with handwoven materials and reflect use rather than wear-out.

Every order is prepared by hand before it leaves us. We ship from the United States and most orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Tracking details follow once the parcel is on its way.

If a saree is not right, write to us at info@divasutra.com within 14 days of delivery and we will guide you through the return.
We ask only that the saree comes back unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact. Return postage is arranged by you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the piece reaches us.
Should anything arrive damaged or incorrect, tell us within 7 days and we will cover the cost of putting it right.
