At Divasutra, each piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully handled. We accept returns under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted if:
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Original tags and packaging are intact
- The return is approved by our team prior to shipment
Due to the nature of handcrafted textiles, minor variations in colour, weave, or texture are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Products with removed or damaged tags
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
- Returns initiated outside the stated return window
- Items returned without prior approval
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@divasutra.com within the return window, including:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear images (if applicable)
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returned items must be shipped using a trackable service.
Returns are processed at our U.S. facility.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images. We will review and assist promptly.
