Welcome to Divasutra (“we”, “us”, “our”). Divasutra is owned and operated by Sahoj Concepts LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Jersey, United States.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, https://divasutra.com  (the “Site”), and the purchase of products offered through the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. Eligibility

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products & Descriptions

Divasutra offers handwoven sarees and artisanal textile products crafted using traditional techniques.

Due to the nature of handcrafted textiles:

  • Minor variations in colour, weave, texture, and finish are inherent and are not considered defects.
  • Product descriptions, images, and videos are provided for guidance and are intended to represent products as accurately as possible.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the Site.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Divasutra does not store or have access to your payment information.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Divasutra.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Divasutra fulfils orders from inventory located in the United States, with shipping operations based in New Jersey.

  • Orders shipped within the United States are fulfilled domestically and are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For international orders, shipping timelines and any applicable customs duties or import taxes will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Once an order has been shipped, Divasutra is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

In general:

  • Returns are accepted only if products are unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Variations inherent to handcrafted products are not considered grounds for return.
  • Approved returns are processed at our U.S. facility, and return instructions will be provided upon approval.

All content on this Site — including text, images, videos, graphics, logos, product designs, and layouts — is the property of Divasutra or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey, USA.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
