Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.In case of unforeseen delays due to high order volume or external factors, we will notify you via email.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Our sarees come unstitched and without blouse tailoring. However, a matching blouse piece is included (unless specified). You can style and tailor it as per your preference.

While we don’t offer custom tailoring, we’re happy to help you choose the right saree based on your occasion, fabric preference, or colour palette.

• Avoid contact with liquids like perfumes and cosmetics.
• Avoid bleach.
• Iron on the reverse side.
• Store in the cotton saree cover provided.
• Change folds from time to time.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to excessive heat or sunlight.

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. We’ll share tracking details as soon as your saree ships.

If it’s been more than 15 working days since dispatch, please reach out to us. We’ll coordinate with our logistics partner and keep you informed.
